【摘要】 目的　观察复杂性眼外伤眼球前段多种联合手术 ,以重建眼球前段结构的效果。方法　 38例 (38眼 )复杂性眼外伤同时行穿透性角膜移植术、白内障及前段玻璃体切除、人工晶状体植入、虹膜缺损修复及瞳孔成形等联合手术 ,以恢复眼球前段正常结构 ,并观察其疗效。结果　术后随访 6～ 6 7月 ,角膜植片透明者 2 8例 (73 6 8% ) ,视力恢复 0 0 5以上者 2 3例(6 0 5 3 % ) ,瞳孔恢复接近圆形者 2 4例 (6 3 16 % )。结论　复杂性眼外伤眼球前段多联手术 ,可减少术后并发症 ,提高角膜的透明率与视功能 ,缩短疗程。瞳孔成形还有利于减少畏光 ,改善外观更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of anterior segment rebuilt after multiple combined surgery for complicated ocular trauma.Methods 38 cases (38 eyes) of complicated ocular trauma were treated by multiple combined surgery of penetrative cornea transplantation,lensectomy,anterior vitrectomy,IOL implantation,repairing of iris defect and pupil reformation.The rehabilitation of anterior segment structure and the effects of surgery were observed.Results Each case was followed up for 6～67 months.28 cornea graft were clear(73.68%),23 cases (60.53%) got a vision of above 0.05,and round pupil in 24 cases (63.16%). Conclusion Multiple combined surgery can decrease the complications of surgery,increase the cornea clear rate,improve the visual acuity and shorten the process of rehabilitation.The reformation of pupil can decrease photophobia and improve of outlook of eye.更多还原
