【摘要】 目的　探讨慢性增生反应在儿童复杂性眼前段外伤术后并发症中的作用。方法　对 11例儿童复杂眼前段外伤术后各种并发症进行观察。结果　所有病例均有不同程度的以纤维机化膜形成为主的并发症。部分病例以Nd :YAG激光截囊或手术截囊后再次形成机化膜需第 2次处理。 1例 7岁男童其左眼经 2次膜切除后形成更加致密的机化膜 ,最终因继发青光眼 ,前房消失 ,大泡性角膜病变而失明。结论　儿童复杂眼前段外伤及其手术如ECCE加IOL植入术后慢性增生反应所形成的不良修复结局 ,是其严重并发症的原因之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of chronic proliferative reaction in postoperative complications after complex injury anterior segment of eye ball among children.Methods Abserved the all sorts of postoperative comlications after complex injury of anterior segment of eye ball among 11 pediatric cases.Results All cases had the complications that caused by fibrous organizational membranes formation.In some cases the secondary membranes formed again after the Nd:YAG laser capsulotomy or surgical capsulectomy and needed secondary management.A 7 years old boy,his left eye formed further thicker organizational membrane after underwent two operations for removing membrane and lost left vision as appeared secondary glaucoma,flat AC and bullous keratophathy.Conclusion The one of main reasons of serious complications postoperatively after undergo the complex injury of anterior segment of eye ball and its secondary operations such as ECCE with IOL implantation in children is a bad repairing result from the chronic proliferative reaction.更多还原
