【摘要】 目的 :研究白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅲ的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,对白术中白术内酯Ⅰ、Ⅲ进行HPLC分析 ,色谱柱 :Kromasil-ODS ,流动相 :甲醇 -水 (6 0∶40 ) ,流速 :1 0mL·min- 1 ;紫外检测波长 :2 2 0nm。结果 :测定了 2 5种不同白术样品中 2种白术内酯 (白术内酯Ⅰ、白术内酯Ⅲ )的含量 ,加样回收率为白术内酯Ⅰ :97 4%～99 5 % ,RSD <0 92 % ;白术内酯Ⅲ :96 8%～ 99 8% ,RSD <1 5 %。结论 :本法简单、灵敏、结果可靠 ,可作为白术质量控制的定量方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a method to determine the content of atractylenolide Ⅰ、Ⅲ in Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. by HPLC.Methods:Reversed-phase HPLC was used to determine the content of atractylenolide Ⅰ\,Ⅲ in Atractylodes macrocephala.The separation was performed on Kromasil-ODS column with methanol-water(60∶40) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1 and the wavelength of UV detector was 220 nm.Results:Twenty-five samples were determined.The recoveries of atractylenolide Ⅰ and Ⅲ were 97.4%～99.5%,with RSD<0.92% and 96.8%～99.8%,with RSD <1.5% respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive and reliable.It can be used as a quantitative method in quality control of Atractylodes macrocephala.更多还原
