【Abstract】 It is increasingly flourishing that economic scholars make theoretic explanations to the phenomenon of cooperative innovation from an economic point of view,analyze the inner rules and provide important implication for competition policy. In this issue, we set up a two-stage symmetric duopoly model, which is based on game theory, in order to form an elementary framework in the economic analysis on cooperative innovation in a certain industry.
