氟化钠泡沫和凝胶对牛牙釉质表面显微硬度的影响

【摘要】 目的 :评价氟化钠泡沫和氟化钠凝胶对牛牙釉质表面显微硬度的影响。方法 :采用新鲜牛牙釉质块为标本 ,应用显微硬度计测量分别采用氟化钠泡沫、氟化钠凝胶进行矿化试验和抗龋试验后的釉质块表面显微硬度。结果 :试验前和矿化试验后的釉质表面显微硬度相比 ,使用氟化钠泡沫组增加率为 5 4.41%~ 2 1.32 % ,使用氟化钠凝胶组增加率为 47.2 6 %~ 2 5 .36 %。试验前和抗龋试验后的釉质表面显微硬度相比 ,使用氟化钠泡沫组降低率为 2 4.88%~ 33.19% ,使用氟化钠凝胶组降低率为 30 .97%~ 38.6 6 % ,而空白对照组降低率为 41.2 6 %。结论 :氟化钠泡沫对釉质表面显微硬度的影响和氟化钠凝胶相比无显著差异 ,用氟化钠泡沫改善釉质表面显微硬度与氟化钠凝胶具有相同效果

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the effects of fluoride foam and fluoride gel on the hardness of cow enamel and caries prevention. METHODS: Fresh cow enamel was used, to measure the hardness, with HX-1000 type hardness measurer, before and after fluoride application and artificial caries formation separately. RESULTS: After 4min of fluoride foam and fluoride gel application, surface of the enamel hardness were increased by 54.41%~21.32% in fluoride foam group and by 47.26%~25.36% in the fluoride gel group separately. After 24 hours of artificial caries~lesion formation test, the hardness were decreased by 24.88%~33.19% in fluoride foam group, 30.97%-35.66% in fluoride gel group, 41.26% in control group. Discussion: The results were not significantly different between the two groups statistically. Since fluoride foam is more easily applied to human teeth, it may be popularized as an effective method for caries prevention.
