【Abstract】 The idea of "Three Representations" promoted by President Jiang Ze-ming signifies the new wayof thinking under the new historical conditions. It embodies the spirit of emancipating the mind and seekingtruth from the fact. It also provides the new horizon of understanding new situations, and the new means ofsolving new problems.
