【摘要】 目的通过对突聋患者血中内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的检测,探讨突聋与ET和NO的关系。方法采用放射免疫学方法测定26例(30耳)突聋患者血中ET含量,并以25例健康人作为正常对照;同时还用硝酸还原酶法(即比色法)测定了血中NO的含量。结果突聋患者血中ET含量明显高于对照组,尤其是听力>40dB HL的突聋患者,P<0.01。而且随着突聋病情的加重,ET含量逐渐增高,两者呈明显的线性关系。突聋患者血中NO含量低于对照组,但只有听力为40～59dB HL时有高度显著性差异,P<0.01。伴有头晕的8例患者血浆ET含量明显高于不伴有头晕的单纯突聋患者,而NO含量则明显低于单纯突聋患者,P<0.01。结论检测突聋患者血中NO、ET含量,能帮助我们探讨突聋的发病机理、估计预后。血浆ET升高,可能是突聋发病因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 PURPOSE To observe the content of plasma en-dothelin and NO in sudden deafness in order to investigate the relationship between sudden deafness and content of the endothelin & NO.METHODS Serum endothelin of 26 patients (30 ears) with sudden deafness were measured by radioimmu-noassay (RIA) and 25 normal hearing subjects were served as control. At the same time, we inspected the content of plasm NO by colorimetemric.RESULTS The content of serum endothelin of sudden deafness group was obviously higher than that of the control group ( P < 0.01) , when the hearing was > 40 dB HL. The level of serum endothelin at different stages of sudden deafness was gradually elevated. The content of serum NO of sudden deafness grorp were obviously lower than that of the control group (P < 0.01) , when the hearing was 40 - 59 dB HL. The content of serum endothelin of 8 sudden deafness cases with dizziness was obviously higher than that of sudden deafness without but the content of serum NO was lower than that of sudden deafness without (P<0.01).CONCLUSION The content of the endothelin and NO may reflect the state and the prognosis of the illness. The result indicated that high plasm concentration of ET may act as the pathogenic factors predisposing of sudden deaihess.更多还原
