论法人人格否认理论及其在我国的适用

【摘要】 本文论述了法人人格否认理论的法学原理,就法人人格否认制度的适用提出了一些看法,并着重阐述了我国目前法人人格滥用行为的主要表现形式。

【Abstract】 The paper expounds the law principles of the denying theory of legal persons personality and proposes some personal views on its applicable use, and attachs its importance to the main manifestation of the present abuse of the legal persons’ personality in China.
