【摘要】 在进行造血干细胞移植(HSCT)病人全身放射治疗(TBI)前 ,对直线加速器的各项参数作正确、有效地调校是TBI治疗的关键性环节和基本保证。本文介绍了TBI治疗前瑞典医科达公司SLi型直线加速器各项参数的测试与调校 ,并根据机器的性能状况和病人的实际情况 ,按TBI治疗要求合理地安排机器的出束时间 ,力求在减少加速器损耗的同时完成TBI治疗工作

【Abstract】 The line accelerator’s parameters should be measured and adjusted before the TBI to ensure the HSCT success. The article introduces how to measure and adjust the parameters of ELEKTA SLi line accelerator and how to arrange the line accelerator radiation time according to the line accelerator’s performance and the patient’s conditions to ensure the HSCT success and to reduce the line accelerator’s expanse.
