【摘要】 目的通过术中应用不同浓度丝裂霉素Ｃ（ＭＭＣ）对兔结膜瘢痕的影响，确立适宜用药浓度和时间，为ＭＭＣ治疗翼状胬肉提供理论基础。方法（１）实验部分：６０只青紫蓝兔分为对照组和不同浓度ＭＭＣ组。将兔双眼内眦侧角结膜缘结膜瓣切开，结膜瓣下贴敷浸有不同药物的棉片，冲洗后再制造角膜创面（逆行术式）。术后进行光镜、电镜观察。（２）临床应用：翼状胬肉患者 ６５眼行逆行术式，术中应用 ０． ２ ｍｇ／ｍｌ ＭＭＣ ３ ｍｉｎ。结果 ０． ２ ｍｇ／ｍｌ ＭＭＣ能有效抑制家兔结膜纤维组织增生，无角膜、巩膜并发症；病人术后随访６～２２月未见复发和角膜并发症。结论术中应用０．２ｍｇ／ｍｌ ＭＭＣ ３ ｍｉｎ，能有效抑制结膜纤维组织增生，对角膜和巩膜无损害；逆行术式可有效地保护角膜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To single out the best concentration of IMC which affect the fiber hyperplasia of conjunctivas in rabbits as theoretical base for treating pterygium and reducing surgical complications. Methods (l ) Experimental part: The conjunctival flap of 120 eyes of 60 rabbits was made, then a cotton with different medication had been put under the nap for 3 minutes,finally cornea wound formed. The 60 rabbits were divided into experimental groups (MMC 0. 4 mg,0. 2 mg,0. 1 mg,0. 05 mg/ml),control group (NS ), and 5-Fu group. Pathological examinations were performed by light microscope and electron microscope at 25,40 and 60 d. (2 ) Clinical part:65 eyes of 60 patients with pterygium were treated with the counteroperation and 0. 2 mg/ml MMC during operation. Results 0. 2 mg/ml MMC controled the fiber hyperplasia of conjunctivas and there were no complications of cornea and sclera in rabbits. The clinical part showed that there were no recurrence and complications within 6 22 months. Conclusion The application of 0. 2 mg/ml MMC during operation for 3 minutes could effectively control fiber hyperplasia of conjunctivas and there are no complications on cornea and sclera.更多还原
