【摘要】 目的对黏弹性物质在小梁切除术中的应用价值进行前瞻性研究。方法将１３５例（１６６眼）随机分成１组（８３眼）单纯行小梁切除术，Ⅱ组（８３眼）行小梁切除术并前房内及结膜瓣下注入２％甲基纤维素。结果两组术后早期前房深度无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；Ⅱ组有效滤过泡形成率无明显提高（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论小梁切除术中前房内注入黏弹性物质不能有效地减少术后浅前房的发生，结膜瓣下注入黏弹性物质也无助于有效滤过泡的形成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical application of methylcellulose (MC ) in trabeculectomy. Methods 166 eyes of 135 patients were included in the clinical research. They were divided into two groups. Group I(83 eyes) trabecullectomy alone as control group,and group Ⅱ (83 eyes) were injected 2% MC into the anterior chamber during trabeculectomy as control grpup. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups. in maintaining anterior chamber depth in the early period postoperatively; the rate of effective blebs in group Ⅱ had not increased. Conclusion 2% MC has no value in maintaining anterior chamber depth and preventing loculated blebs during the postoperative period.更多还原
