【摘要】 目的评价低相对分子质量多肽２基因多态性与急性前葡萄膜炎的关系。方法收集２３例急性前葡萄膜炎患者及４５例正常对照血样本，进行组织相关性抗原〔ＨＬＡ－Ｂ２７）检测及低相对分子质量多肽 ２基因区的 ＣｆｏＩ限制酶位点多态性的研究。结果低相对分子质量多肽２基因的纯合于ＢＢ在急性前葡萄膜炎患者中比正常对照者频率增高（Ｐ＜０．０５），而与急性前葡萄膜炎是否复发及ＨＬＡ－Ｂ２７检测结果没有相关性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论低相对分子质量多肽２基因多态性与急性前葡萄膜炎发病存在明显相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the relationship between the polymorphism of LMP2 gene and acute anterior uveitis (AAU).Methods23 blood samples were collected by AAU patients and 45 those by controls.Human leukocyte antigen-B27 (HLA-B27)typing was measured and the polymorphism of a Cfo I restriction site in the coding region of the LMP2 gene was evaluated.ResultsLMP2 BB genotypic frequency in AAU patients was more significantly increased than in controls(P< 0.05).The different results of HLA-B27 weren’t related to the genotype of LMP2,and the homozygosity of LMP2 gene wasn’t correlated with the primary or recurrent AAU patients.ConclusionThe polymorphism of LMP2 gene is strongly associated with AAU patients.更多还原
