【摘要】 主要探讨在教育体制改革的形势下 ,高校注册教育类服务商标的重要性和紧迫性 ,并呼吁广大高校重视教育类服务商标的注册。首先谈了教育类服务商标的作用 ,然后从与“名称权”保护的比较中重点阐述了教育类服务商标注册的重要性。笔者以自己检索到的数据为依据 ,分析了目前教育类服务商标注册的现状 ,并强调了注册的紧迫性。文章最后谈了不注册的后果更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper mainly investigates the importance and emergency of the Chinese university’s registering educational service trademark under the innovation of Chinese educational system. Author holds that Chinese universities should pay more attention to the registering. At first,this paper describes the role of the educational trademark. Then the importance is analyzed by comparing the protection of the “right of name”. In order to emphasize the emergency,author checks the data on registering and analysis of registering situation of Chinese universities today. At last the paper puts out the bad results of the lacking of the registering.更多还原
