一个得到1,1′-联-2-萘胺的合成新方法

【摘要】 以 2 萘胺为原料 ,在甲醇溶液中与 1.5eq的CuCl2 ·2H2 O反应 ,氧化偶合得到 1,1′ 联 2 萘胺 (1)与CuCl2 的络合物沉淀。沉淀依次经沸水和氨水处理 ,得到产率 5 6 %的 1。

【Abstract】 The coupling of 2 naphthylamine with 1.5 eq. of CuCl 2·2H 2O in methanol at room temperature results in the complex of 2,2′ diamino 1,1′ binaphthyl (1) with CuCl 2, which yields 56% of free 1 after filtration and decomposition in boiling water and aqueous NH 3 in turn.
