高温长期时效后Inconel718合金的化学相分析

【摘要】 采用化学相分析的方法研究了经过高温长期时效后标准Inconel 718合金中的析出相 ,确认了Inconel 718合金中α Cr相的析出 ,同时也分析了α Cr ,γ′ +γ″ ,δ相以及MC数量随时效时间和时效温度的变化情况。

【Abstract】 The precipitates in stand ard Inconel 718 after longtime the rmal exposure have been studied by using chemical phase analysis meth od.The precipitation of α-Cr in In conel 718 has been confirmed.The ef fect of exposure time and temperat ure on the fraction of α-Cr,γ′+γ″, δ and MC has been studied as well.
