铜Ⅰ—硫氰酸铵—罗丹明B三元络合物体系分光光度法测定微量铜

【摘要】 本文提出了聚乙烯醇存在下 ,Cu —SCN—RDB三元络合物体系分光光度法测定微量铜的新方法。本方法灵敏度高 (ε =1 84× 10 5 ) ,选择性好 ,操作简便 ,结果准确。

【Abstract】 In the presence of polyvinyl alcohol a method for the spectrophotometric determination of trace copper in ternary complex system of Cu?-NH 3SCN-RDB has been presented. The method is easy to operate and has high sensitivity(ε=1 84×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ), higher selectivity,good precision(RSD%=3 4) and accuracy.
