高效防热隔热涂层应用研究

【摘要】 对超音速飞行器在 350℃~ 40 0℃之间的热防护问题进行了研究。理论分析和试验结果表明 ,以环氧有机硅树脂为基料、以氢氧化铝和硼酸等无机物质为填料的低温挥发散热隔热涂层是一种理想的中温区防热隔热材料
【Abstract】 Thermal protection(350℃ to 400℃) materials on supersonic aircrafts are studied in this paper.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that low temperature volatile coating with organosilicone epoxy resin as matrix and Al(OH) 3,H 3BO 3 etc as fillers is a kind of ideal materials for thermal protection at service temperature of 350℃ to 400℃.
