【Abstract】 The model of dynamic measurement systems is established and the separation principle of uncertainty of dynamic measurement is presented.The uncertainty of measurement is divides into two parts:inner uncertainty(or modeling uncertainty)and outer uncertainty.The two types of uncertainty can be analyzed respectively and follow the transfer rule of uncertainty.This principle has theoretical and practical values.更多还原
