【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨P53 ,c myc ,bcl 2蛋白在结肠癌及癌前病变中的表达 .[方法 ]用免疫组织化学S P法检测P53 ,c myc,bcl 2蛋白 .[结果 ]P53 ,bcl 2蛋白在腺癌中的表达率最高 (34 / 40 ,85 % ) ,其次是在腺瘤中 (10 / 15 ,6 6 % ) ,两者与正常及息肉组织比较均有显著性差异 .[结论 ]P53 ,c myc及bcl 2蛋白的过表达在结肠癌发生发展过程中起重要作用更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the expression rule of the P 53, c-myc and bcl-2 proteins in the intestinal carcinoma and its precancerous lesions. METHODS Using the immunohistochemical S-P method, the P 53, c-myc and bcl-2 proteins were detected. RESULTS The expression of P 53 and bcl-2 proteins was the highest in the colon adenocarcinoma(34/40,85%), and the next in the colon adenoma(10/15,66%), and that had significant difference compared with group of normal and colon polyp. CONCLUSION Over expression of P 53,c-myc and bcl-2 proteins play an important role in the course of occurring and development of the intestinal carcinoma.更多还原
