【摘要】 [目的 ]阐明杜香萜烯促进透皮吸收的机理 .[方法 ]采用傅利叶变换红外光谱 /衰减全反射法 .[结果 ]未经杜香萜烯处理时 ,角质层中角蛋白在波数 16 2 9cm-1和 15 36cm-1处有最大吸收峰 ,经 30 ,5 0 ,10 0 ,10 0 0 g/L杜香萜烯处理后 ,两个最大吸收峰都发生了变化 .[结论 ]杜香萜烯主要作用于角质层的角蛋白 ,使角蛋白的构型发生改变而起促进透皮吸收作用更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE*!To clarify the mechanism of skin penetration enhancing effect by the lepaloine.*!METHODS*!To use the fourier transform infrared/attenuated total refraction method.*!RESULTS*!When untreated the skin with the lepaloine, the absorption spectra of keratin on stratum corneum was at 1*!629*!cm -1 and 1*!536*!cm -1 and when treated the skin with 30, 50, 100 and 1*!000*!g/L concentration of the lepaloine, the two spectra was changed.*!CONCLUSION*!The lepaloine may act on the keratin on stratum corneum to change the form type of keratin to enhance the absorption effect through skin penetration.更多还原
