ZnO镀膜光纤传感器压电层反射系数
Reflection Coefficient of Optical Fiber Sensor Coated with Piezoelectric ZnO
【摘要】 介绍了ZnO镀膜光纤的几何结构 ,分析了此几何结构压电声光振荡的基本原理 ,给出了ZnO镀膜光纤传感器的等效网络模型 ,根据此模型推出了压电层反射系数S11,并按实际参数进行了计算机模拟计算
【Abstract】 This paper discusses an optical fiber sensor coated with piezoelectric ZnO. The geometry of optical fiber using ZnO coating has firstly been presented and the basic theory of piezoelectric resonator of this geometry been analyzed. Also, the equivalent network model for the optical fiber sensor coated with piezoelectric ZnO has been given. And then, the reflection coefficient S11 has been obtained by this model. Finally, simulation of S11 has been made according to the practical parameters.
