【Abstract】 In this paper the characteristics,the key techniques of the working principle,multipurpose application analysis of special variable capacitance C x sensor,that’s serial capacitive plats put on single plana,its equivalent circuits,circuits analysis method using Laplacian impedance Z x(s) are described.The circuits of capacitive-reactance and frequency( C x/f x ) conversion,techniques of the f x /D conversion,data processing and digital displaying circuit of high performance Single board computer,the key techniques and the matters needing attention in the applied process are given in this paper.更多还原
