【摘要】 阐述了集成式微型智能传感器的设计原理、制造技术和发展方向 ,分析了集成式微型智能传感器的研究热点 ,提出了我国集成式微型智能传感器技术的发展思路

【Abstract】 This paper expounds the design principles,manufacturing technologies and developmental directions of the integrated intelligent mini sensor and analyses its research hotpot,thus,this paper puts forward the developmental thinking of our integrated intelligent mini sensor technology.
