基于PC的程控锁相放大器研制

【摘要】 基于PC机和LabWindows/CVI ,采用自制数采卡和LIA MV 15 0锁相放大模块 ,研制了一种用于微弱光信号测量的程控锁相放大器。文章介绍了该仪器硬件软件的设计方法

【Abstract】 Based on the virtual instrument design platform LabWindows/CVI, We develop the lock in amplifier for programming control that has the automatic adjustment function of test parameter, using DAQ card and lock in amplifier module. It can use as the independent instrument and conveniently be formed to the automatic test system. This paper introduces the method of hardware and software.
