【Abstract】 The paper explores some cases of misunderstanding about the concept of "legal act" among beiginners and Scholars in law.Most beginners often confuse the concept of "legal act"with an act related to law,an act which has legal force,or an act in conforming with law; whereas among many scholars,this concept are often indentified with law or the meaning expressing of law.Besides,the unscientific definitions of "legal act" and misconceptions of the relationship between Privatautonomie and legal act by some scholars are also pointed out.更多还原
