【摘要】 目的 :探讨近视LASIK术前眼底病变及治疗方法。方法 :对 385例 (72 1只眼 )LASIK术前患者行散瞳眼底三面镜检查并作详细眼底记录。结果 :发现各种视网膜变性 136只眼 (18 86 % ) ,视网膜干性裂孔 16只眼 (2 2 2 % ) ,亚临床视网膜脱离 (RD) 5只眼 (0 6 9% )。其中 37只眼严重视网膜变性、16只眼干孔和 4只眼亚临床RD行氩激光光凝治疗 ,仅 1例亚临床RD需行视网膜脱离手术。结论 :近视LASIK术前及术后眼底常规检查和病变治疗是必要的。同时本文提出眼底病变光凝的指征更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the fundus diseases of myopia and methods of treatment before laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).Methods:The fundi of 385 myopic patients(721 eyes)were examined with three mirror contact lens and recorded accurately.Results:Retinal degeneration was detected in 136 eyes(18 86%),retinal break in 16 eyes(2 22%)and retinal detachment(RD)in 5 eyes(0 69%)of these eyes.37 eyes with serious retinal degeneration,16 eyes with retinal break and 4 eyes with RD were treated with photocoagulation,only 1 RD eye was treated with RD surgery.Conclusion:In myopia patients,it is important to examine the fundus routinely and treated the fundus disease before LASIK and postoperatively.Indications of photocoagulation before LASIK are suggested.更多还原
