【摘要】 目的 :分析 3 5例高原肺水肿X线表现 ,讨论与其病理生理改变的关系。材料与方法 :3 5例高原性肺水肿病例 ,除 1例游客外 ,全为汉族 ,均有急进高原史 ,其中合伴上呼吸道感染 2 1例 ,均摄X线胸片。结果 :3 5例有不同程度的肺水肿表现 ,按张氏分型局限型 1 6例、间质型 6例、弥漫型 7例、中央型 6例。X线表现与病理改变关系密切 ,也反应了病变发展的程度和阶段。结论 :重视X线表现征象与及时诊断 ,对临床治疗有明显意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze χ-ray manifestation on 35 cases of high altitude pulmonary edema patients and to discuss its relation with physiopathologic changes. Methods:All the cases(The Han nationality 34,other traveler 1)have the history of rapid arrival to high altitude,21 cases combined with upper respiratory tract infection,chest films were taken for each patient. Results:All the cases have the manifestation of different degree of pulmonary edema.According to Zhang’s classification:topical type 16 cases;interstitial type 6 cases;diffuse type 7 case;central type 6 cases.The χ-ray manifestation were closely related with pathologic change and represent the developmental degree and stage of pathlolgic change. Conclusion:Pay great attention to the manifestation of χ-ray film and diagnosis without delay.It will have clear significance for clinical treatment.更多还原
