【摘要】 目的 :观察柳胺酚治疗胆道疾病的疗效。方法 :胆道疾病 3 5例 (男性 2 0例 ,女性 15例 ,年龄5 1a±s 13a) ,用柳胺酚 0 .5 g ,potid ;胆囊炎和胆管炎病人 1mo为一个疗程 ,胆石性胆囊炎和胆结石病人 2mo为一个疗程。通过观察SOD ,Cat,H2 O2 ,MDA及临床症状、体征的变化 ,对其疗效进行评价。结果 :柳胺酚治疗总有效率为 89%。治疗后白细胞和主要肝功能指标转为正常或明显下降 ;病人血液中SOD(除 2例下降外 )和Cat活性均明显升高 (P<0 .0 1)。H2 O2 和MDA含量则显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。无明显不良反应。结论 :柳胺酚治疗胆道疾病疗效明显 ,其作用与它清除胆道内过剩自由基密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To investigate the efficacy of osalmide in the treatment of biliary tract diseases. METHODS: Thirty five patients (M 20,F 15;age 51 a± s 13 a) with biliary tract disease were treated with osalmide 0.5 g, po , tid for 1 mo on cholecystitis and cholangitis or 2 mo on chololithiasis. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (Cat), the contents of hydrogen peroxide (H 2O 2) and malonic dialdehyde (MDA) as well as clinical symptoms and physical sign before and after treatment were determined. RESULTS: The total effective rate of osalmide was 89 %. After therapy the hemogram and main liver functions changed to normal or decreased significantly; the activities of SOD(except 2 patients) and Cat increased obviously ( P < 0.01), and the contents of H 2O 2 and MDA dropped markedly. No evident adverse reaction was found. CONCLUSION: The osalmide is obviously effective in treating biliary tract disease. The effects of osalmide is closely related to its function of scavenging surplus free radicals in patient.更多还原
