【Abstract】 The United States in the fastest growing country of the capitalist world in its industrialization.In the later part of the nineteenth century,America adopted the opening policy which played on important role in its industrialization.The advanced scientific techniques introduced from Europe provided new technique equipments for it.The extensively-absorbed foreign capital supplied adquate fund for it.The opeing policy to accept immigrations widely provided sufficient manpower and specialized technicians.The American opening practice in the late 1800s and its successful experience leave some important revelations to us.更多还原
