【摘要】 本文对两种具有抗HIV-1活性的药物与RNA的相互作用进行了探讨。紫外Tm测定及CD光谱结果表明,两种药物均可与polyA polyU 相互作用,影响其构象的改变。流式细胞仪分析提示药物可不同程度地影响cos-7亚二倍体细胞含量,其中ribavirin的作用更显著。

【Abstract】 The aim of this study was to investigate the interaction between polymers polyApolyU (RNA) and two general anti-viral drugs with anti-HIV-1 activities. Tm experiment showed that the compounds had interacted with RNA, and CD spectra also observed the changes of RNA conformation induced by the compounds. Cytometric flow analysis indicated that ribavirin and DII-18-2 could decrease the percentage of hypodiploid cells, especially ribavirin.
