【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎和脂质过氧化的关系及愈肝冲剂的抗氧化作用。方法:51例慢性乙型肝炎患者服用愈肝冲剂,观察其治疗前后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和过氧化脂质(LPO)水平的变化,并与38例健康对照组比较。结果:慢性乙型肝炎患者SOD、GSH-Px活性降低(P<0.05),LPO水平升高(P<0.05);血清ALT、AST、PCⅢ与LPO之间存在正相关(P<0.05～0.01);愈肝冲剂可以升高SOD、GSH-PX酶活性(P<0.01),降低LPO水平(P<0.05)。结论:脂质过氧化反应是导致慢性肝损伤的重要机制,愈肝冲剂具有抗脂质过氧化作用,这可能是其治疗慢性乙型肝炎、减轻肝细胞损伤和抗肝纤维化的重要机理之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of Yugan decoction on lipid peroxidation in patients of chronic hepatitis B(CHB). Methods: 51 CHB patients were treated by Yugan decoction for 3 month, the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxydase(GSH-Px) and level of lipid peroxide(LPO) were measured before and after treatment, and compared with 38 healthy subjects. Results: Compared with the health controls, in CHB patients,the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were reduction(P<0.01) and the level of LPO was elevation(P<0.05). There was a relation between serum ALT、AST、PCⅢ level and LPO level. Yugan decoction can elevate the activity of SOD、GSH-Px(P<0.01) and reduce the serum LPO level(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Yugan decoction can reduced the serum lipid peroxidation level in CHB patients, and that may be one of important mechanisms to alleviate the liver injury and hepatic fibrosis in CHB patients.更多还原
