【摘要】 目的　探讨人食管癌中nm2 3-H1基因突变与食管癌转移的关系。方法　应用PCR -SSCP方法对 40例食管癌组织中nm2 3-H1基因进行检测。结果　nm2 3-H1基因突变率转移组 (5 5 % )高于非转移组 (10 % ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　通过nm2 3-H1基因突变的检测对食管癌的转移潜能及判断预后有一定意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the of correlation mutation of nm23-H 1 gene in esophageal cancer and the esophageal cancer metastasis.Methods PCR-SSCP were used to detect the nm23-H 1 gene mutation in 40 specimens of esophageal cancer tissue.Results The rate of nm23-H 1 gene mutation in the metastasis group was higher than the non metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion Examination of nm23-H 1 gene mutaion may be of significance in evaluating metastasis potentiality and prognosis of the esophageal cancer.更多还原
