【摘要】 目的　探讨断指微小血管吻合手术的最佳方法。方法　对微小血管清创游离 ,显微镜下快速准确切除皮缘 ,卷地毯式的清创游离血管 ,建立良好的血管床 ,环周式的血管吻合。结果　 6 0例患者 (89指 ) ,成活 87指 ,失活 2指 ,成活率 97%。结论　断指微小血管吻合术式改进后 ,既做到了稳、准、轻、巧 ,又提高了再植速度及成活率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the best method of anastomosis of microangium of severed fingers. Method The microangiums of severed figers were debrided and freed. The edge of the skin was cut quickly and exactly under microscope. The debridement and freed in micorangiums were given with rolling way. Then,the good microangium beds were set up and anastomosis were performed with cycle type. Result In 60 cases who were operated on, there were 2 finger of inactivation and 87 finger of activation and the survival rates were 98%.Conclusion The effect of microangio-anastomosis of severed fingers is improved with the method,it is safe, precise,and the replantation rate also goes up.更多还原
