天然沸石抗菌剂及其在瓷砖中应用的研究

【摘要】 对天然沸石抗菌剂的制备及其在瓷砖中的应用进行了研究。天然沸石通过水溶液银离子交换、400℃热处理2h ,制备出具有抗菌耐久性的天然沸石抗菌剂 ;将这种抗菌剂应用于瓷砖釉料 ,制备出抗菌瓷砖。分析了提高抗菌耐久性的机理 ,讨论了热处理温度、抗菌剂掺量、瓷砖烧成时间及使用环境对抗菌性能的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The natural zeolite antiseptic agent preparation and its application in ceramic tile have been studied.The natural zeolite antiseptic agent with antiseptic ageing resistance has been prepared by means of aqueous solution silver ion exchange of natural zeolite and heat treatment for 2h under 400 ℃.This antiseptic agent is used in glaze of ceramic tile,thus to prepare antiseptic ceramic tile.This paper analyzes the mechanism of antiseptic ageing resistance,discusses the temperature of heat treatment,additive of antiseptic agent,firing time of ceramic tile and influence of use environment on antiseptic performance.更多还原
