稀土元素在铝合金转化膜中的应用
Application of Rare Earth Elements in Conversion Coatings on Aluminum Alloys
【摘要】 铝合金稀土转化膜具有优异的耐蚀性能和无毒无污染等优点 ,是最具希望代替铬酸盐有毒处理、有良好发展前景的转化膜之一。本文从成膜工艺、膜的组成、结构及形貌、成膜机理和耐蚀机理四个方面介绍了铝合金稀土转化膜技术在国内外的研究进展及现状 ,展示了稀土元素在铝合金转化膜中广阔的应用前景 ,并对这一技术未来的发展方向提出了展望
【Abstract】 Owing to excellent anti corrosion and non toxic properties,rare earth metal conversion catings on aluminum alloys are seen as an attractive alternative to chromates and show a considerable developing prospect.In this paper the progress and current situation in research of rare earth metal conversion coatings on aluminum alloys were presented from the technology,the coating composition,microstructure and morphology,the mechanism of coating formation and corrosion resistance.The wide application prospects of this surface treatment technique were exhibited and its future development was briefly prospected.
