DCS-偶氮胂树脂相分光光度法测定牧草中的微量稀土

【摘要】 用离子交换树脂相光度法直接测定牧草中微量稀土 ,把形成的 DCS-偶氮胂 -稀土络合物富集在强碱性的阴离子交换树脂上 ,显色与浓集同时进行 ,无需预浓缩或分离 ,简化了分析步骤 ,同时灵敏度和选择性也均优于溶液光度法。该法摸索了实验的最佳条件 ,测定了牧草中微量稀土 ,方法回收率为 98%～ 10 4%

【Abstract】 In the medium of HCl,rare earth forms binary complex with arsenazo DCS which can be absorbed by the strong basic anion resin,and this resin phase can be used directly for the determination of the trace rare earth in herbage.The analytical results are satisfactory and the recovery rate is 98%~104%.This method has a higher sensitivity and a better selectivity than the usual solution spectrophotometry.
