灼烧温度对单一稀土氧化物粒度、比表面积和形貌的影响(Ⅰ)
Calcination Temperature Effects on Particle Size, Specific Surface Area and Morphology of Individual Rare Earth Oxide
【摘要】 分别以稀土元素Y ,Pr ,Nd ,Sm ,Eu ,Tb ,Dy ,Er和Lu的草酸盐为前体原料 ,固定灼烧时间为 3h ,在 80 0~ 15 0 0℃范围内不同灼烧温度下制备了系列单一稀土氧化物。利用Coulter计数法、比表面积分析仪和扫描电镜研究了灼烧温度对稀土氧化物的粒度、比表面积和形貌的影响。结果表明 ,各稀土氧化物的中位粒径和团聚程度随灼烧温度升高而增大 ,而比表面积则逐渐减小。
【Abstract】 A series of rare earth oxides (RE=Y, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Tb, Dy, Er, Lu) were prepared from the corresponding oxalates at different calcination temperatures (800~1500 ℃) for 3 h. The particle size, BET specific surface area and morphology of the as prepared oxides were characterized by Coulter multi sizing instrument, specific surface area analyzer and scanning electronic microscopy, respectively. The experimental results show that the median particle size of the individual rare earth oxide and aggregate degree increase with increasing the calcination temperature; whereas, the specific surface area shows a contrary variation tendency.
