膜基萃取中钕、钐的传质及界面反应动力学

【摘要】 采用自制聚偏氟乙烯中空纤维膜器 ,在HEH/EHP煤油体系中 ,对钕、钐的萃取及界面反应进行了研究。结果表明 ,膜器中的萃取反应与液 液萃取相同 ,可视为准一级反应。考察了料液酸度、萃取剂浓度、钕、钐离子浓度与萃取速率的关系 ,获得了相应的反应级数。根据界面反应动力学 ,得到了动力学方程、速率常数及钕、钐的分离系数

【Abstract】 Extraction and interfacial kinetics of Nd 3+ and Sm 3+ with HEH/EHP kerosene in a hollow fiber membrane extractor were studied. The results show that the extraction reactions in the hollow fiber membrane extractor are the same as those in the liquid liquid extraction, which can be expressed as a quasi first order reaction. The effect of acidity in aqueous phase, concentrations of extractant, Nd 3+ and Sm 3+ on extraction rate are discussed and the corresponding reaction series are obtained. As a result, the reaction equations, reaction rate constants and the separation factor between Sm 3+ and Nd 3+ are obtained.
