【摘要】 新刑法颁布以来 ,计算机犯罪刑法罪名备受人们关注 ,也存有不少争议。计算机犯罪不但是一种新型的犯罪现象 ,而且可以是指刑法所规定的计算机犯罪相关刑法罪名。我国新刑法仅为计算机犯罪设定了两个罪名 ,这与当前计算机犯罪形势相比表现出严重的滞后性。为此 ,计算机犯罪刑事立法有待进一步完善更多还原
