【摘要】 目的探讨外固定器对小腿下段开放性骨折的疗效。方法 1 2例患者经整复骨折后 ,在骨折断端各贯穿 2枚 3.5mm骨圆针 ,旋紧连接杆螺母使骨折面紧密接触 ,然后根据伤口具体情况关闭伤口。 3周后功能锻炼。X线复查证实骨折达到或接近临床愈合时拆除外固定器 ,改用小夹板保护至骨折完全愈合。结果 1 0例达到临床愈合。 2例 6个月后达到临床愈合。结论骨外固定器在小腿下段开放性骨折治疗中 ,既固定了骨折 ,又不干扰创口愈合 ,优于切开复位内固定、骨牵引或石膏固定等传统方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the efficacy of external fixator in treatment of open fracture at the lower part of shank.Method 12patients were given fracture reduction,then penetrated 2 pieces of 3.5mm bony circular needle through fracture sections,tighten the jion arm nut,the fracture sections will get in touch each other closely,then close the wound.Functional exercises would be given after 3 weeks.When X plain showed us the fracture reach or almost reach clinic heal,remove the external fixator which was substituted by using the small splint for protection untill fracture heal completely.Result 10 cases reached clinical heal,2 cases reached clinical heal after 6 months.Conclusion The external fixator in treatment for the open fracture in lower part of shank not only can fixate the fracture but also won′t interfere the wound healing,so it is better than other traditional ways such as incision reduction with internal fixator,bonny traction and plaster fixation etc.更多还原
