【摘要】 目的 :探讨大鼠胸腺内 5 -羟色胺 (5 -HT)免疫反应性的分布及与T细胞发育的关系。方法 :用免疫组织化学ABC法。结果 :5 -HT的免疫反应性主要位于胸腺皮、髓质交界区和髓质 ,在皮、髓质交界区和髓质的血管平滑肌上也有表达。结论 :大鼠胸腺内确实存在单胺类神经递质 ,推测 5 -HT可能参与成熟T细胞的功能调节和局部血循环的调节 ,从而控制T细胞的迁移更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the distribution of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) in rat thymus and its immunological implication in the development of T lymphocytes.Methods:Immunohistochemical ABC method was used to show the distribution and function of 5-HT.Results:5-HT Immunoreactivity was mainly located at the medulla or corticomedullary junctions.The smooth muscle cells of blood vessel located at the medulla or corticomedullary junctions also expressed 5-HT.Conclusion:These data indicated the presence of monoamines neurotransmitter in rat thymus and implicated that 5-HT might be involved in the regulation of blood circulation of thymus and the functions of matural T cells.更多还原
