【摘要】 对当归的主要仓贮虫害进行了调查 ,并开展了辐射杀虫效果和辐射后当归中主要药用成分分析的研究。虫害调查结果表明 :当归的主要害虫是烟草甲。在对烟草甲进行辐射致死效应研究中 ,试验所用材料为烟草甲成虫和其越冬末龄幼虫。通过对辐射致死剂量和致死剂量率的研究 ,结果表明 :在剂量率为 0 .3KGy/min时 ,1 .2KGy辐射 1 5天后能 1 0 0 %杀灭成虫 ,幼虫死亡率也达 82 .61 % ,且 60天后该剂量处理的幼虫全部死亡 ;当剂量为 1 .0KGy时 ,剂量率为 0 .45KGy/min的辐射处理 ,2周后成虫死亡率达 80 % ,4周后全部死亡。生化分析表明 :经 1 .5KGy~ 6 .0KGy辐射后 ,当归中主要药用成分阿魏酸含量无明显变化。

【Abstract】 A survey showed that Lasioderma serricorne Fab. is the main storage pest for Angelica sinensis , a traditional Chinese medicine. The imagos and over-wintering larvae of L. serricorne were exposed to 60 Co irradiation. With an irradiation dosage of 0.3 KGy/min and a dose of 1.2 KGy , all the adults and 82.61% of the larvae were killed 15 days after the treatment, and the remaining larvae died 60 days after irradiation. With a dosage of 0.45 KGy/min and a dose of 1.0 KGy, the adult pests died by 80% after 2 weeks and were completely killed after 4 weeks. Biochemical analysis indicated that irradiation at 1.5 KGy~6.0 KGy had no significant effect on the content of ferulic acid, which is the main medicinal component of A. sinensis.
