松潘裸鲤的胚胎发育和胚后仔鱼发育
DEVELOPMENT OF EMBRYOS AND POST-EMBRYONIC LARVAE IN GYMNOCYPRIS POTANINI HERZENSTIN
【摘要】 报道了松潘裸鲤的胚胎发育和胚后仔鱼发育的各期形态特征及发育特点。其成熟卵的卵径为 2 .7mm~ 2 .9mm ,受精后约 1h吸水膨胀后达到最大 ,卵径 4.0mm ,受精后 2min~ 4min出现粘性 ,但粘性不强 ;在水温 9.7℃~2 3.4℃ ,平均 16 .6℃条件下 ,3.5h后进入卵裂期 ,6h后进入囊胚期 ,2 1h后进入原肠期 ,43h后胚孔封闭 ,74h后肌节开始收缩 ,78h后心跳开始 ,15 0h后出膜 ;刚出膜的仔鱼长 8mm ,出膜后第 2天到第 4天胸鳍、鳃、口腔、尾鳍、眼色素、体内血管等器官相继发育完全 ,出膜后第 6天仔鱼体长达 13mm ,鱼苗开始平游和觅食
【Abstract】 This paper reports the morphological features and development characteristics of Gymnocypris potanini during its embryonic and post-embryonic stages. The ripe eggs are 2.7 mm~2.9 mm in diameter. About an hour after fertilization, they reach their maximum in size, 4 mm in diameter, by imbibition. Two to four minutes after fertilization the eggs appear slightly glutinous. The cleavage, blastula and gastrula stages successively occur 3.5, 6 and 21 hours, respectively, after fertilization on condition that the water temperature is 9.7℃~23.6℃, with an average of 16.6℃. The blastopore closes, the muscle segment begins to contract and pulsation appears 43, 74 and 78 hours,resp., after fertilization. The larvae hatch out 150 hours after fertilization. The newly-hatched larvae have a total length of 8 mm. Two to four days after hatching, the pectoral fins, gills, mouth, caudal fin, eye pigment, blood vessels and other organs complete their development. About 6 days after hatching, the larvae, 13 mm in length, start to swim horizontally in search for feed.
