不同遮荫处理在冬春季节对香蕉假植苗生物量的影响
EFFECTS OF SHADING ON BIOMASS OF HEELED-IN BANANA PLANTLETS IN WINTER AND SPRING
【摘要】 将从培养瓶中移出的冬季 (12~ 1月 )或春季 (3~ 4月 )的香蕉组培苗置于大棚内 ,并在 4种遮荫水平下进行炼苗 ,光照条件分别为 10 0 % (S10 0 ) ,33% (S33) ,10 % (S10 ) ,3% (S3)。结果表明 ,不同光照强度下 ,各处理香蕉苗总的鲜茎重、鲜叶重、鲜根重、总鲜重、干茎重、干叶重、干根重和总干重都存在显著差异 ,但不同的生物量性状对光照强度的反应程度不同。冬季以S10 0光照处理为最优 ,遮荫不利于香蕉苗的物质生产。春季以S33光照处理为最优 ,适度遮荫利于香蕉苗的物质生产。同时遮荫还改变物质运输分配到各器官的比例。春季与冬季相比 ,春季地上部各器官物质积累大于冬季 ,而冬季地下部根系的物质积累稍大于春季 ,但没有显著差异
【Abstract】 Banana plantlets obtained from tissue culture were moved into plastic tunnels in winter (December to January) and spring (March to April) and hardened under four shade light treatments (S100: 100%, S33: 33%, S10: 10% and S3: 3% of sunlight). Significant differences were observed in fresh or dry stem weight, leaf weight, root weight and total weight under different light intensity conditions. However, different biomass indicators showed different responses. S100 appeared to be optimum for the heeled-in plantlets in winter, and shading inhibited their matter production. In spring, S33 was best for the plantlets and appropriate shading was conducive to their matter production. Different shading treatments also affected the allocation of photosynthate to various organs. The assimilate accumulated in the top of the plants was more in spring than in winter and the root system accumulated more assimilate in winter than in spring.
