【摘要】 对六窝初生烟台黑猪仔猪 ,每两窝随机划为一组 ,共分三组 :A组自然哺乳( n=1 2 ) ,B组喂牛常乳 ( n=1 2 ) ,C组喂葡萄糖生理盐水 ( n=1 2 )。从仔猪出生时起每隔8h采取其血样和对应母猪的初乳 ,提取其中的 Ig G并纯化。分析表明 :A组和 B组仔猪血液中 Ig G浓度在 2 4 h左右达到峰值 ,分别为 ( 2 1 .97± 1 .1 0 ) g/ L和 ( 1 7.3 3± 0 .74 )g/ L,以后逐渐下降。C组未检测出 Ig G。母猪初乳中 Ig G含量在 1 6h左右为最高 ( 6.3 4± 0 .0 3 ) g/ L,以后逐渐下降更多还原

【Abstract】 six newborn nests of YanTai Black piglets were divided into 3 groups randomly an d each group had two nests. They were separately fed by sow colostrums(A group, n=12),bovine milk(B group, n=12)and glucose saline(C group, n=12).The newborn pi glets were took blood samples from birth every 8 hours, and the six sows were took milk samples at the same time. The IgG was extralted from the sample and pu rified. The results showed the IgG content of newborn piglets in group A and B r eached peak value at 24h for group A(21.97±1.10)g/L and group B(17.33±0.74)g/L , then declined. It wasn’t measured in group C. The IgG content of sow colost rums reached peak value at 16h for (6.34±0.03)g/L, then declined to(5.35±0.09)g/L at 32h.更多还原
