【摘要】 目的　对青光眼滤过术后早期 (2周内 )高眼压的病例 ,应用透明质酸酶结膜下注射观察注射后疗效。方法　将 18例 18眼青光眼滤过术后早期高眼压的病例分 2组 ,治疗组 11例 11眼 ,给予结膜下注射透明质酸酶 75 0 IU ,隔日 1次 ,一般 2～ 3次 ;对照组 7例 7眼 ,给予降眼压药物治疗。结果　治疗组 11眼中 10眼眼压控制良好 ,1例加用适利达眼液眼压正常 ,滤过泡形成弥散隆起 ,所有病例视野与术前比较基本保持不变 ,视力基本不变或增减 1行。结论　透明质酸酶在治疗青光眼滤过术后早期高眼压方面有良好的疗效 ,改善了青光眼滤过术的预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the effect of hyaluronidase subconjunctival injection on cases which have an early high intraocular pressure (IOP) after filtering operation within 2 weeks.Methods All cases were divided into two groups, the therapy group 11 eyes ,and the control group 7 eyes. To inject hyaluronidase subconjunctival on 11 eyes in 11 cases which have an early high IOP after filtering operation, with the dose 750IU every time,every other day,a total 2~3 times.Results The therapy group of the IOP of 11 eyes was under control after injection, one eye was applied by Xalatan solution. The filtering bleb was dispersed. Compared to preoperative condition,the visual field of all the cases unchanged, and the visual acuity of them hadn’t changed, more than one line.Conclusion Postoperative subconjunctival injection of hyaluronidase has a good effect on treating the early high IOP following the filtering operation.更多还原
