【摘要】 目的:探讨各类附着体在临床义齿修复中的应用方式及效果。 方法 :分别采用套筒冠、栓道式、杆式、磁性、按扣式多种附着体为固位体形式 ,对 30例牙列缺失病例行附着体义齿修复 ,并对患者主观感觉和临床客观检查结果进行分析。同时对栓道式附着体、套筒冠固位体的制作工艺进行改良研究。结果 :附着体义齿修复组的咀嚼效率明显提高 ,经方差分析各组间存在差异 (P<0 .0 1)。经 q检验 ,修复前与常规修复义齿修复组比较 ,咀嚼效率不同 (P <0 .0 1) ;常规义齿修复组与附着体义齿修复组比较 ,咀嚼效率不同 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :常规义齿修复可以提高缺牙患者的咀嚼效率 ,但附着体义齿修复更能提高咀嚼效率 ,男性咀嚼效率高于女性咀嚼效率。同时附着体义齿固位良好 ,比传统义齿美观 ,修复效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Probing ways of application and effects of different kinds of attachments in clinical prosthesis. Methods: Treating 30 patients who have lost teeth worth telescope denture, magnetic, key-way, press button up and bolt distal extension attachment denture individually. Compare the reaction of patient and clinical results.Improve the art of making telescope and key-way attachment. Results: Application of attachment can improve the retention, stability and function of denture. Conclusion: Application of attachments fits the biomechamical principles. It can improve the retention masticatory effects comparing to traditional denture.更多还原
