【摘要】 介绍了均匀设计法在EPDM配方试验中的应用。均匀设计法的橡胶配方试验过程是 :方案设计→试验测试→试验数据回归分析→预测和优选配方→验证试验。对EPDM胶料撕裂强度、扯断伸长率和拉伸强度的试验和三元二次回归方程分析表明 ,均匀设计法可大大减少橡胶配方试验次数且试验效果好 ;EPDM胶料最优配方的硫黄、白炭黑和芳烃油用量分别为 0 3 ,2 6和 10份。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of the uniform design method to EPDM formulation experiment is described.The process of experiment is as follows:plan design→experimental test→regression analysis of experimental data→prediction and optimization of formula→confirmation test.The test results and the regression analysis of the tear strength,elongation at break and tensile strength of EPDM compound show that the number of formulation experiment is significantly reduced and the higher experimental efficiency are obtained by using the uniform design method;and 0.3,26 and 10 phr of sulfur,silica and aromatic oil are respectively used in the optimized EPDM formula.更多还原
