【摘要】 目的　了解国产甲肝减毒活疫苗大规模接种后的流行病学效果。方法　采用分组对照的方法 ,进行了连续 3年的流行病学效果研究。结果　接种组发病 1例 ,发病率为 8.77/ 10万 ;对照组发病 12例 ,发病率为 46.2 9/ 10万。保护率为 81.0 % ,效果指数为 5 .2 6。结论　国产甲肝减毒活疫苗具有良好的流行病学保护效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective [WT5”BZ]To observe the epidemiologic effect of homebred hepatitias A attenuated live vaccine affer large scale vaccinated.[WT5”HZ]Method [WT5”BZ]Two groups were divided,One was vaccinated group with 11 397 children,the other was unvaccinated group with 25 973 children.The epidemiologic effect of the two groups were investigated for 3 years in succession.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ] It showed that in vaccinated group,1 case hepatitis A happend , sick rate is 8.77/100 000 , in unvaccinated group , 12 cases happened , sick rate is 46.29/100 000,protective rate is 81.0%,index of effect is 5.26.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]The homebred hepatitis A attenuated live vaccine has a good protective effect on epidemiology.
