趋化因子CX3C在动脉粥样硬化发生中的作用
The effect of chemokine CX3C in atherosclerosis
【摘要】 趋化因子是新近发现的一类蛋白质,它对粒细胞和单核细胞具有正向趋化作用。炎症在动脉粥样硬化中的作用也日见报道。然而,二者间有否必然的联系,目前尚未知晓。本文就趋化因子的结构特点、生物学特性以及其在动脉粥样硬化发生中的作用作一综述。
【Abstract】 Chemokines are a superfamily of structurally related small molecular weight proteins, recognised as being responsible for neutrophils and monocaryotic cells trafficking and activation. The effects on inflammatory in atherosclerosis are more recently reported. However, it is unclear for their relationship between chemokines and atherosclerosis. In this review, we will discuss our present knowledge about CX3C and its structural and biological features and its role in atherosclerosis.
